From the Dashboard of your Marketing Automation, you can manage the events and marketing messages set up according to the planned event.
You can filter the messages according to the selected channel, such as SMS, PUSH BROWSER, MAIL, CHAT , and set a different display between Graph or Table.
To create a new message to a new event, simply click on the Blue button in the top right Creates a new message.
If you want to create a new message for an existing event, just go to the event in question and click on the + that will appear on mouse-over. At the top there are Tabs where you can reach different sections, including Statistics, and Account Settings.
