To create a new message you have to click the blue button in the top right, a panel opens from which you can choose the source of the event, that is, the category to which they belong: E-commerce, Booking and Website.
You will then have to choose the type of event will vary depending on the source.
E-commerce:
Among the events of E-commerce, you can choose to set the message based on the status of the customer's order:
- In processing: a message for users who have just made the payment and you want to notify the acceptance of the order.
