To create a new message you have to click the blue button in the top right, a panel opens from which you can choose the source of the event, that is, the category to which they belong: E-commerce, Booking and Website.


You will then have to choose the type of event will vary depending on the source.


E-commerce:


Among the events of E-commerce, you can choose to set the message based on the status of the customer's order:


  • In processing: a message for users who have just made the payment and you want to notify the acceptance of the order.
  • In Preparation: notify the user that the order has been put in preparation and will soon be shipped.
  • Sent: informs the user that his order has been shipped and is in transit for delivery.
  • Delivered a message that was sent at the time of delivery of the order, intended to entice the customer to return to make more purchases on your site.
