You can set an App in a certain position with Couplings.
Click on the icon wheel to the right and from the advanced settings activate the couplings. In this way, the option fixed and will be available on the edit bar of the App, the icon wheel.
Click on Fixed Position and on high or low depending on the position where you want it. Remember to perform the procedure for all the Apps that you want to keep fixed.
