Configure The Personal Form

Create a form that is customizable with fillable fields that you want.

You can edit the fields present in the Form Customizable or add new ones.

Increases the size of the App to manage the new fields to be entered.

Click on the plus icon to select and drag an element within the form. You can insert a text field, a checkbox, a date field, a selector field, an upload field file and an email field.

Drag the field into the position you want. Click on the name field to rename it.

You can make mandatory a field of compilation, by adding a check mark to the field.

From the lower right edge, you can resize the field.
